01Introduction & Our Commitment

This policy describes how Leaders CV, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, handles the personal data of our website visitors, Leaders Portal users, and service clients.

We are committed to processing your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its executive regulations, and the principle of minimization: we only collect what we truly need to deliver your service, and do not retain it longer than necessary.

Account Data

• Phone number or email used for registration and verification.
• Name and profile data you add in the Leaders Portal.

Professional Data

• The CV you upload for evaluation or development, including qualifications, experience, certifications, and achievements.
• What you share with us in interview sessions and career study.
• Content of your digital professional profile and its visibility settings if you activated the service.

Payment Data

• Payments are processed through licensed payment gateways, and we only receive the transaction confirmation and reference. We do not store your bank card data on our systems.

Technical Data

• Standard usage data: browser and device type, login records, and visited pages, through cookies detailed in Section 07.

03How We Collect Your Data

• Directly from you: when registering, uploading your CV, booking a service, contacting us, or participating in interview sessions.
• From your platform usage: automatically through cookies and system logs.
• We do not collect your data from external sources or data brokers.

04Processing Purposes

• Service delivery: evaluating your CV using our 12-standard, 144-point methodology, writing and designing your outputs, and operating the Leaders Portal and recruitment platform.
• Operational communication: verification codes, order confirmations, session appointments, and output delivery.
• Service improvement: understanding platform usage and developing the experience through aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
• Legal compliance: fulfilling accounting and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom.
• Marketing: sending content and offers relevant to you with your consent only, with the ability to opt out at any time per Section 13.

05Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on one or more of the following:

• Contract performance: processing your professional data is necessary to deliver the service you requested.
• Your explicit consent: for marketing communications, displaying your profile on the recruitment platform, and any marketing use of anonymized templates.
• Legal compliance: when Saudi regulations require us to retain or disclose specific data.
• Legitimate interest: to secure the platform and prevent misuse, without infringing on your rights.

06Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with any external marketing entity. Sharing is limited to:

• The concerned team: only team members assigned to deliver your service access your professional data, all bound by confidentiality commitments.
• Technical service providers: hosting, payment gateways, and verification message services, under agreements requiring them to protect data and not use it for their own purposes.
• Recruitment platform: your profile only appears to companies searching for talent according to the visibility settings you choose, and you can modify or stop it at any time.
• Regulatory authorities: upon an official binding request from a competent authority in the Kingdom.

07Cookies

• Essential: for platform operation, login, and session security, and cannot be disabled.
• Analytical: to understand platform usage and improve it through aggregated statistics.
• Marketing: to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, operated with your consent.

You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings, noting that disabling essential cookies may affect the Leaders Portal's functionality.

08Data Retention Periods

• We retain your account data and service outputs throughout the active period of your account, to enable you to return to it and update your CV in the future.
• Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except what regulations require us to retain (such as financial records) for the prescribed legal periods.
• CVs uploaded for free evaluation without completing a service request are deleted 90 days after the last activity.

09Data Security

• Data is transmitted between your device and our platform encrypted via HTTPS protocol.
• We apply the principle of least privilege: only those whose tasks require it can access the data.
• Account access is protected by real-time verification codes instead of static passwords, to reduce hacking risks.
• In the event of a data breach affecting your data, we are committed to notifying the relevant authorities and you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

10Your Data Rights

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law guarantees you rights we are committed to enabling:

• Right to know: how your data is collected and processed, which this policy explains.
• Right of access: request a copy of your personal data we hold in a clear format.
• Right to rectification: update any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to deletion: request deletion of your data within limits that do not conflict with our legal obligations.
• Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the legality of processing prior to withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the details in Section 16, and we will respond to your request within 30 days.

11Minors' Data

Our services are directed to adult professionals, and we do not accept registrations from those under 18 or intentionally collect their data. If we learn that minor data has been collected, we delete it immediately.

12Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom

We host and process your data within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia whenever possible. If some technical services require processing outside, this is done only in accordance with data transfer controls in the Personal Data Protection Law and with equivalent protection guarantees.

13Marketing Communications

• We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and your phone number used for verification is not used for marketing without it.
• You can stop marketing messages at any time via the unsubscribe link in the message itself, from your account settings, or by contacting us.
• Stopping marketing messages does not stop operational messages essential to your service (verification codes and order confirmations).

14Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to external websites like LinkedIn or our social media accounts. This policy does not cover those websites, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

15Policy Updates

We may update this policy to keep pace with the development of our services or regulatory requirements. Updates are published on this page with a modified "last updated" date, and for material changes, we notify you via email or notification in the Leaders Portal before they take effect.
