Terms of Service

01Definitions

• "Leaders CV" or "we": Leaders CV Foundation, Saudi, headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specialized since 2015 in writing CVs for leaders and executives.
• "The Platform": the website leaders.cv, the Leaders Portal, and all affiliated pages and tools.
• "Client" or "you": anyone who browses the Platform, creates an account, or requests any of our services.
• "Services": CV writing, evaluation, and design services, executive profiles, LinkedIn optimization, digital professional identity, recruitment platform, and any future services.
• "Outputs": everything we deliver to the client as part of the service, including CVs, evaluation reports, profiles, and more.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or requesting any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree to any provision, please stop using the Platform.

These terms apply to all service delivery channels: the Platform, the Leaders Portal, and direct communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

03Account & Registration

• Using the Leaders Portal requires creating an account with a phone number or email and verification with a code sent to you.
• Account creation requires you to be 18 years or older, and that the provided data is accurate, up-to-date, and personally yours.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity through your account, and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms or provides inaccurate data, with notification to the client.

04Scope of Services

We provide a specialized professional services system including but not limited to:

• CV evaluation: evaluation according to our 12-standard, 144-point methodology, including a free version with a basic report and paid packages with detailed reports.
• CV writing & crafting: executive content in Arabic, English, or both, compatible with ATS electronic recruitment systems.
• CV and executive profile design with editable outputs according to the package.
• LinkedIn account update and optimization according to its latest algorithms.
• Digital professional identity: a public professional profile with a custom link, with a free and premium monthly subscription package.
• Recruitment platform: connecting leaders seeking opportunities with companies seeking talent, per Section 12 terms.

05Ordering & Execution

Starting Work

Execution of writing services begins after payment is completed and the interview session is conducted or required information is received from the client, whichever comes later. Client delays in providing information extend delivery timelines by the same duration.

Delivery Timelines

We commit to the delivery timelines specified at the time of ordering for each service, calculated in business days from completion of requirements.

Edits & Revisions

• Each writing service includes two free review rounds within 14 days of delivery.
• Edits are limited to the content agreed upon within the service scope and do not include adding new experiences or services outside the original request.
• Additional edits after exhausting free rounds are subject to fees agreed upon in advance.

06Payments & Subscriptions

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through secure and licensed electronic payment gateways, and we do not store your bank card data on our systems.
• Monthly subscriptions (such as the premium digital identity package) renew automatically each month at the same price, and you can stop renewal at any time from your account settings, with your subscription continuing until the end of the paid period.
• We reserve the right to modify prices in the future, and no modification applies to paid orders or existing subscription periods.

07Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before execution begins: you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if the interview session has not been held and work has not started on your outputs.
• After execution begins but before delivery: the amount is refunded after deducting the value of completed work stages.
• After delivery: delivered intellectual services (CVs, reports, files) are inherently non-refundable, but your right to review rounds remains per Section 05.
• Subscriptions: stopping renewal stops future billing, but the current month's value is not refunded once it begins.
• If we breach our essential obligations (such as unjustified substantial delay), you have the right to a full refund.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method within 14 business days of approving the refund request.

08Client Obligations

Reliability is our top value, and our outputs are a stamp of trust bearing both your name and ours. Therefore, you commit to the following:

• Providing accurate and documented information about your qualifications, experience, and achievements, and you are solely responsible for their accuracy.
• We reserve the right to refuse to craft any information we consider misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable, without this constituting a breach of service.
• Responding to information requests and session appointments within a reasonable timeframe.
• Using the outputs for your legitimate professional purposes, and not reselling them or providing them as a service to others.

09Limitation of Liability

• Our services are professional consulting aimed at presenting your true value in the best possible way, delivered with the diligence of a conscientious professional.
• Recruitment outcomes are influenced by factors outside our service scope (competition, employer requirements, personal interviews), so we do not guarantee obtaining a job, interview, or promotion, and no marketing content constitutes a promise of a specific outcome.
• Evaluation reports and ATS simulation results are professional judgments based on our methodology and best practices, and actual recruitment system decisions remain with the entities operating them.
• We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our compensatory liability in all cases is limited to the value of the paid service subject to the claim.
• Nothing above limits your non-excludable legal rights under Saudi regulations.

10Intellectual Property

• Your outputs are yours: after full payment, the rights to use the CV and files prepared for you transfer to you for your professional purposes without time limit.
• Our methodology is ours: the evaluation methodology (12 standards and 144 points), templates, designs, tools, marketing content, and the "Leaders CV" brand remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.
• We may use fully anonymized work samples for display and marketing purposes, and we do not use your name or identifying data without your explicit consent.

11Confidentiality & Data Protection

• The confidentiality of your professional and personal data is a fundamental commitment, and only the team assigned to deliver your service has access to it.
• We process your personal data in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, as detailed in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
• We do not sell your data or share it with any external marketing entity.
• On the recruitment platform, your profile only appears to companies according to the visibility settings you choose.

12Acceptable Platform Use

Users of the Platform, Leaders Portal, and recruitment platform are prohibited from:

• Impersonating others or creating accounts with fictitious identities or misleading information.
• Any attempt to hack, disable, or collect user data through automated means.
• Using the recruitment platform for purposes other than legitimate recruitment, posting fictitious jobs, or abusive communication with candidates.
• Uploading any content that violates Saudi regulations or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any violating content and suspend associated accounts, while preserving our right to claim compensation when necessary.

13Terms Modification

We may update these terms from time to time to keep pace with service development or regulatory requirements. Updates are published on this page with a modified "last updated" date, and for material changes, we notify you via email or Leaders Portal notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the modification takes effect constitutes acceptance.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, we are committed to first seeking amicable resolution within 30 days of written notification; if that fails, jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts in Riyadh.
